💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our operation! No two days are the same! Every day, you might expect:

✅ Pick and process orders with precision and speed
✅ Move HVAC equipment and materials throughout our facility
✅ Load and unload delivery trucks
✅ Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
✅ Conduct quality inspections to ensure accuracy
✅ Maintain inventory records and warehouse organization
✅ Work safely while meeting productivity goals

This is hands-on work in a team-oriented setting where your contributions directly impact our customers!

🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Team player who works independently when needed
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
